Beautiful, spacious beachside home at the end of a quiet
street in an exclusive gated community. Panoramic views of the Gulf
of Mexico dominate the home, especially in the living room, dining
area and kitchen, all located on the top level. The beach is just a
few steps down the walkway that leads directly from the home. Even at
the height of the season, the beach is uncrowded and beautiful to behold.
When not at the beach, you can take a dip in the private,
heated swimming pool, shoot hoops in the half basketball court, or
play pool in the billiard room. Kids, of any age, will appreciate
the Sony PlayStation 2. A short walk down the beach brings you to
Bob Syke’s Cut where the fishing enthusiast will enjoy world-class
action. An outdoor shower, ground-level bathroom, and fish-cleaning
sink are all provided for your convenience.
Your party of up to 12 people is easily accommodated in the 5
bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have direct access to a
bathroom; 3 of those bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs. Bedding includes:
3 queen beds, 3 double beds.
Chateau by the Sea is beautifully decorated with an eclectic

About a 1.5 hour drive from either Panama City or Tallahassee, St.
George Island is a great place for a get-away-from-it-all
vacation. Its beaches are uncrowded and its night sky is devoid of
big city lights, making for spectacular star gazing. Criss-crossing
the island are bike paths making biking, running and walking safe and
pleasurable. Other activities on the island and mainland include:
charter fishing, boating, tennis, kayaking and bird watching. On the
east end of the island is a state park containing one of the last
unspoiled beaches. When you want a break from the beach, just visit
the quaint shops of the nearby town of Apalachicola or drop into a
local restaurant for some world-famous Apalachicola oysters.
