Vacation Rental Description

Fantastic open water views! Enjoy the beautiful sunrises from this 
stilt home on Big Pine Key!   Great boating from Bogie Channel to the 
Gulf and Atlantic. Relax by the swimming pool and enjoy the views.  
The pool is heated from December through April.  This home can be 
rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom unit.  The pool and dockage/boat basin is 
shared with the adjoining property, Seabreeze.  You can rent both 
properties together or each by itself. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air, screened porch and deck for beautiful views, full 
kitchen, linens, washer and dryer, TV, cable, telephone for local 
calls, gas grill. Sand lot for a game of horse shoes or volleyball.
There are two king size beds and sleeper sofa.

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, walking, boating, snorkeling, diving all within minutes of 
location.  Big Pine Key is unique to the tiny key deer.  Bahia Honda 
State Park is located at Mile Marker 37.  Dolphin Research Center is 
at Mile Marker 59.  Key West is only 20-25 minutes away for a day of 
shopping, sight seeing, and enjoyable restaurants. Big Pine Key has 
grocery stores, banks, post office, restaurants and local shopping 
within minutes of property.

Rental:  $5,000.00 to $5,500.00 per month
Security: $1,000.00
Cleaning: $150.00
Processing fee: $25.00 non-refundable
