Vista Cay Luxury Townhome--Conv Ctr/Univ/Sea World/Disney in Orlando

Welcome to our three bedroom, three and one-half
bath, three story Tuscan-themed townnhome in Vista Cay at Harbor
Square, which we have owned since 2007 (newly built). 

Our 1800 square ft. townhome is professionally decorated and
luxuriously appointed focusing on the comfort of the guests who
frequent it. Custom features include decorative painting, ceiling
fans and extra curtains. For the utmost comfort also included are two
king master suites; Each king bed has a premium pillow-top mattressand extra pillows are provided. One master suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out to a patio. The other Master Suite is located on the
third floor and includes a spacious walk-in closet. The third bedroom
is on the third floor and is located across from the master suite
with generous spacing between the two. It has two single beds with premium pillow top mattresses and extra pillows.  Each spacious bedroom has its own private luxuriously decorated bathroom. All bedrooms include a 20 inch LG LCD TV and DVD player.  The twin bedroom has a Play Station 2, extra controller, memory card, and 3 games.  A hairdryer is included in each bedroom. All linens and beach towels are provided. 

The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan
and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting. The large great
room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door, which opens to a
balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area. The
great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors. For your
enjoyment, the living room has a 42 inch Panasonic plasma television
with a stereo system and a DVD player.  There is also a Wii game console with 14 games installed here. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if necessary. Hi-Definition cable services are included with premium channels plus access to 230 other channels and Wi-Fi internet, and free long distance and international calling to over 40 countries
(with some limitations). There is a full size kitchen with corian
countertops, custom cherry cabinets and all appliances to include a
double refrigerator with an icemaker and water dispenser. The kitchen
is fully equipped to prepare a wonderful meal with specialty items such as a crock pot, electric kettle, tea pot, egg cups and egg spoons!

Don't forget the one-car garage and ommi-stone driveway that allows
parking for two cars, which is in addition to the 1800 square feet of
living space. There is also a parking lot available for additional
cars. The garage is great for displays if you are going to a
convention or to store your golf clubs! In the rear of the garage is a
laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, an ironing board and
an iron.

We have a security system and provide a safe (which fits a laptop) for guest use.   

Vista Cay is a gated community providing a world of recreational
experiences and featuring a state of the art clubhouse which offers
amenities for every traveler to include: a resort-style pool with
multi-level deck space; children's pool and play area; spa; sports
court; gameroom; fitness center; theater; internet library; DVD rental kiosk, and flexible meeting rooms. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping as
you walk around the beautiful Lake Cay where you can get a view of
the Nation's second largest convention center. Universal Boulevard
surrounds this 1500-acre master planned development and
International Drive is only 1/2 mile away.

Beside all of the activities free of charge to you in the Vista Cay
clubhouse as listed above, for the person who loves to golf, Shingle
Creek Golf Course is across the street and there are 20 golf courses
within 10 miles. We are centrally located to all of the major
attractions! You can get almost anywhere within 10 minutes!
Universal Studios is 3-4 miles, Sea World and the new waterpark,
Aquatica - 1-2 miles; Disney World is 6-8 miles; Orlando airport is
10 minutes! International Drive is 1/2 mile and features many
restaurants from fast food to fine dining, children's activities, and
shopping experiences. We are minutes from shopping outlets. A new
Publix Grocery store, a Chinese Restaurant, and NYPD Restaurant, and nail salon  are across the street. The Chinese Restaurant and NYPD Pizza are sit-down restaurants and serve wine and beer. Very recently added is a Walgreen's right next door!

Low Season - $135 per night

Mid Season - $140 per night

High Season - $145 per night

Holiday Season - $169 per night

2014 Rates:

Low Season: - $140 per night

Mid Season: - $145 per night

High Season: - $150 per night

Holiday Season: $174 per night 

Please Note:  Exit Clean Fee of $90.  All stays subject to 12.5% taxes.  Generally, there is a 3-5 day minimum for low season, 5-7 day minimum for mid and high season and a 7-10 day minimum for Holidays but is at discretion of owner.  Ask about shorter stays, may be available depending on season and adjacent stays. 

 We take all major credit cards including American Express. There is a $350 security deposit (refundable after departure and inspection of the home as per the terms and conditions of booking).  In lieu of the security deposit of $350, guests have the option of purchasing Security Deposit Protection Insurance for a fee of $45 (non-refundable).

Rates include free long distance and international calling to over 40
countries (some limitations apply); premium channels; HD television;
wi-fi and wired internet services; security system; use of safe (fits laptop); secure keyless entry system; Wii game system with 14 games and Play Station 2 console and 3 games; STARTER: paper towel, dishwashing tabs, laundry detergent; tissues; toilet paper in each bathroom, tissues, shampoo/conditioner, and soaps; trash bags; free use of baby items--Hotel quality compact crib with 4" innerspring mattress and safety features; Graco pack'n play with bassinet and  mattress pad, Fisher Price high chair, booster seat, and full size stroller; 2 child safety gates with installation hardware at top of each stairs; child step stool; use of all amenities at the 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse; concierge service at the clubhouse.
