Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our brand new (6/07) three bedroom, three and one-half bath,  
three story Tuscan-themed townnhome in Vista Cay at Harbor Square.   
Our 1800 square ft. townhome is professionally decorated and  
luxuriously appointed focusing on the comfort of the guests who  
frequent it.  Custom features include decorative painting and extra  
curtains.  For the utmost comfort also included are two king master  
suites; Each king bed has a premium pillow-top mattress.  One master  
suite is located on the first floor and has French doors leading out  
to a patio.  The other Master Suite is located on the third floor  
and includes a spacious walk-in closet.  The third bedroom is on the  
third floor and is located across from the master suite with  
generous spacing between the two.  It has two single beds.  Each  
spacious bedroom has its own private luxuriously decorated  
bathroom.  All bedrooms include a 20 inch LG LCD TV and DVD player.   
A hairdryer is included in each bedroom. All linens are provided. 
 
The second floor boasts a large living area with an open floor plan  
and large windows to allow for a lot of lighting.  The large great  
room area leads to an 8-foot sliding glass door, which opens to a  
balcony overlooking the patio below and a spacious grassy area.  The  
great room is nicely decorated in bright tropical colors.  For your  
enjoyment, the living room has a 42 inch Panasonic plasma television  
with a stereo system, DVD player, and a Play Station 2.  The sofa  
converts to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping area if  
necessary.  Hi-Definition cable services are included with premium  
channels plus access to 230 other channels and Wi-Fi  
internet. There is a full size kitchen with corian countertops, custom cherry  
cabinets and all appliances to include a double refrigerator with an icemaker  
and water dispenser.  The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a wonderful meal!  
 
Don't forget the one-car garage and ommi-stone driveway that allows  
parking for two cars, which is in addition to the 1800 square feet of living space.   
There is also a parking lot available for additional cars.  The garage is great for  
displays if you are going to a convention or to store your golf clubs! In the rear  
of the garage is a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, an ironing board  
and an iron.

experiences and featuring a state of the art clubhouse which offers  
amenities for every traveler to include:  a resort-style pool with  
multi-level deck space; children's pool and play area; spa; sports

flexible meeting rooms.  Relax and enjoy the gorgeous landscaping as  
you walk around the beautiful Lake Cay where you can get a view of  
the Nation's second largest convention center.  Universal Boulevard  
surrounds this 1500-acre master planned development and  
International Drive is only 1/2 mile away.

Activities and Attractions

Beside all of the activities free of charge to you in the Vista Cay  
clubhouse as listed above, for the person who loves to golf, Shingle  
Creek Golf Course is across the street and there are 20 golf courses  
within 10 miles. We are centrally located to all of the major  
attractions!  You can get almost anywhere within 10 minutes!   
Universal Studios is 3-4 miles, Sea World and the new waterpark, Aquatica  
(to open in March of 2008) 1-2 miles; Disney World  
is 6-8 miles; Orlando airport is 10 minutes! International Drive is  
1/2 mile and features many restaurants from fast food to fine  
dining, children's activities, and shopping experiences.  We are  
minutes from shopping outlets.  A new Publix Grocery store is walking distance--less than 1/8 mile.

$125/night or $850/week.   
10% off advertised rate for all bookings now for 2009 Booked Now--for a limited time! 
January 8th, 2009 - April 4, 2009 - $150 per night or $977 per week. 
Holiday Rate: April 5, 2009 - April 19, 2009 - $175 per night or $1200 per week. 
April 20, 2009 - June 10, 2009 - $150 per night or $977 per week. 
June 11, 2009 - August 22, 2009 - $159 per night or $1040 per week. 
August 23, 2009 August 31, 2009 - $150 per night or $977 per week.   
All money transactions are securely handled through our management  
company who is conveniently available on site. 
 
Rates include free long distance and international calling to over 40 countries; premium channels;  
HD television; wi-fi and wired internet services; use of safe; hospitality package of coffees and  
teas; STARTER: paper towel, dishwashing tabs, laundry detergent; toilet paper in each bathroom,  
shampoo/conditioner, and soaps; trash bags; free use of baby items upon request--Hotel quality  
compact crib with 4" innerspring mattress and safety features; Fisher Price Rainforest pack'n play  
with bassinet and changer and mattress pad, Fisher Price Rainforest high chair, booster seat, and  
stroller; free use of all amenities at the 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse; concierge  
service at the clubhouse. 
 
All rentals are subject to 12.5% Florida taxes.  A $90 clean fee is  
added for all stays of 5 nights or less.
