After 15 years of visiting Marco Island my husband and I finally
built our dream vacation home for our weekend family getaway’s – we
completed our slice of paradise in December of 2002. Our home
includes spacious 12’ volume ceilings with transoms and coffered
details in the living room and master bedroom areas providing a touch
of elegance. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home also features a
Study, two car garage and pool with relaxing water views. The main
living areas are beautifully tiled and include various recessed
planter shelves for a touch of simple luxury. We have meticulously
decorated our home to provide ourselves and our guests with a warm
and comfortable stay. The home is centrally located and is situated
minutes from the beach and local shops and restaurants – after all it

The home is well equipped and includes many of the conveniences you
would expect to find in a comfortable home – we are
highlighting those items of interest but please contact us if we

Kitchen - we can list them one-by-one, but we have all the kitchen
appliances you would expect in a home and more.
Bedrooms – nice décor in all rooms with comfortable linens and
ceiling fans to provide the breeze.
Televisions – The main family room includes a 34” wide screen Sony
with an Onkyo Home Theatre DVD/full surround sound system with Cable
and Direct TV Satellite. The Master Bedroom and guest bedroom also
have Television and DVD Players with Cable.
Computers – The home is equipped with a Broadband (DSL) always-on
Internet connection and connected via a wireless network to a
Notebook computer and printer. Or you can bring your
own notebook and use our spare wireless card. If you want to sit by
the pool or dock and surf the WEB and send your friends messages, you
found the right home.

Naples on the Gulf Coast. The Island is the largest of the Ten
Thousand Island chain and offers - Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing,
Parasailing, Jetskiing, Biking, Shelling, Golf, Tennis, Fishing,
Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing,
Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Beautiful Sunsets, and a Beautiful White
beach for long walks on the Beach.
