This 35,700 sq ft water open property also has a 1 bedroom 1 bath fully equipped guest house steps from the main home. Easy and fast boat access to Bahia Honda Beach.
You will see the Bahia Honda Beach from the the corner of the home's pier.
Tha master bedroom is totally private in the 2nd story of the home and it has a king size bed, and bathroom, the 2nd bedroom is on the first floor with a queen bed.
Directly outside the florida room is a gazebo table and 6 chairs sitting area, gas heated pool, lounging chairs, and charcoal grill. Steps outside of but visual from property is a public kid's playground.
