Lovely, Secluded 3 Bedroom Waterfront - private dock & canoe in Arrowhead Lake

Leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind.  Approximately a two hour drive from either New York City or Philadelphia can find you enjoying my super clean three bedroom, secluded waterfront home.  This home features contemporary flair and is located on a double wooded lot on the water.  The house consists of living room with free standing fire place, color TV with built-in VCR/DVD in living room,  color TV's with built-in VCR in both the master and second bedrooms, two large glass sliding doors with views of the creek, lake and woods, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, two large decks, electric grill for clean, convenient outdoor entertaining, and features hardwood floors throughout.  There is one queen, one double, and one set of bunk beds.  This home is one of only two homes in the community with the luxury of being on both the lake and Trout Creek.  There is a private dock on the lake (in summer months) and you have full and personal use of the dock and canoe during your stay.  PLEASE, due to severe owner allergies and comfort of all guests this is a non-smoking/no-pet rental.

Arrowhead Lakes is a year round community located in the Pocono Mountains.  It offers two lakes, four sandy beaches, a trout stream and fishing lagoon, six playgrounds with picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball, three pools, clubhouse, and sledding hill.  During July and August, there are"day camps" for the children.  There is a lodge to watch movies and play bingo as well as other planned activities.  During the winter, there is ice-skating, ice sailing, and snowmobiling on the lake.  Arrowhead is within fifteen minutes of Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts, which also have summer as well as winter activities.  Camelback is also nearby.  There are several convenience stores, supermarkets, and major department stores approximately ten minutes away.  Pocono International Raceway is also a hop-skip-and-jump - about 15 miles away!!!

Clean, beautiful, lake front/stream front home with dock (summer months). Fully equipped with 3 Bedroom/1 Full Bath located in amenity filled gated community. There is plenty to do at this relaxing retreat year round. Sleeps up to 6 people. 

Enjoy all that Arrowhead Lakes has to offer - fishing in the lake and stream at the house, playing in the sand and barbequeing at the beaches, swimming in the lakes and pools, just to mention a few exciting opportunities!!!

Free-standing fireplace in the living rom, dining table and amazing views of the wooded lot from the 2 "walls of glass"; fully equipped kitchen; Master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with full bed; 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, full bath, and hardwood floors throughout. 

Outside: Two large decks overlooking double wooded lot with views of the stream and lake, electric grill for clean, convenient outdoor cooking and dining.

Add $100.00 for holiday weeks or $75.00 for holiday weekends.  Additional nights can be added on weekends when mid-weeks are not rented for $150 per night off season or $200.00 per night in season.  There is a $25.00 charge per weekend and $50.00 charge per week/holiday each for extra persons. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday, mid-weeks from Monday to Thursday, weekends from Friday to Sunday.

* Please be advised that Arrowhead imposes a $100 express fee for all rentals when the paperwork is not submitted prior to 48 hours of the move in date ... so keep this in mind when inquiring about last minute rentals.

A non-refundable deposit required to guarantee your reservation dates. A minimum $45.00 house check fee will be deducted from the security deposit; additional monies deducted if cleaning is needed
