Just above the local wine shop in Gardiner's hamlet you'll find a large sunny apartment ready to be called home. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the robes are freshly pressed. You're a few minutes from wonderful restaurants and just a few steps from the Village Market and Cafe Mio cafes. A 5 minute drive brings you to the Mountain Brauhas, TutthillHouse at the Mill, Lombardi's, and the eateries of New Paltz. Or go ahead and just order in pizza and other excellent Italian dishes from down the street at Pascquales.
Located 90 miles from New York City in the Town of Gardiner, 6 miles south of New Paltz, in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Just about a 1 hour 45 minute drive from NYC or Albany and convenient by bus from the Port Authority to New Paltz or by train from Albany or New York.

The rooms are extremely private and well appointed with plenty of room to sit and enjoy your stay. You'll find robes and slippers handy while sipping coffee watching the town come to life each morning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and just large enough to fulfill your needs. The Village Market a few steps away will carry much of what you need and a full supermarket is a 5 minute drive east. An HD TV is in the living room with a futon couch for an extra guest.
Whatever it is that you require, we're sure we can assist in obtaining it.

A three minute walk The Ranch Skydiving, 5 minutes to Hiking & Mountain Biking in Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Preserve, Gunks Climbing, the Tuthilltown Distillery, Whitecliff Vineyards, cross-country skiing, road biking, fishing, etc.We're skydiver and pilot friendly; ask for info. We're also horse friendly so ask us about trails and overnight boarding.
Farm stands and farmers markets, as well as farm wineries and distilleries, dot the area. Spring kicks off the festival season when the apple trees blossom; summer fun has great climbing, hiking, and canoeing while the autumn is all about pumpkins, changing colors, and apple picking. Winter (if it snows) transforms the Wallkill Valley into one of the most beautiful spots in the world. The white cliffs of the Gunks glisten just outside your bedroom window.

Rates are based on seasonal availability. Additional guests are $40 per person per night. Pets are $20 per pet per night plus deposit.
