You fly thousands of miles to be at the ocean. So why not stay at
Beachfront condo where you can walk to the beach in less than 1
minute! Many other condos are located across a busy street, a long
walk from the ocean. Check the available dates below. Our rates are
much less than other Royal Mauian unit!

ROYAL MAUIAN is located in South Kihei on the dry side of the island
where Maui�s best beaches are located. It is situated between Kamaole
1 and 2 Beaches. Recently renovated, our ground floor condo offers
many advantages. Kamaole 1 Beach is accessible from our lanai through
well-maintained oceanfront garden. You just walk out through our
lanai to enjoy a quick swim or watch the sunset on luxurious soft
grass or lie on a chaise lounge under a palm tree with your favorite
book and drink.

Oceanfront lanai has view of neighboring islands and walking access
to well-maintained grounds. Beautiful roof garden features BBQ
grills, kitchen areas with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving
bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360
degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala , West
Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho�olawe. Great whale
watching in winter.

This is a non-smoking unit.

Our 2 bed and 2 bath condo has a king size very comfortable Simmons
Beautyrest and two twin beds. Each room has an overhead fan. It has
fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher and microwave oven,
cable TV, DVD, CD, private telephone, washer/dryer, iron and
hair dryer.

Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or
see the pool. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature. Our condo
is conveniently located near restaurants and shops.

Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy
many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the
condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive
boat leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and
golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the
condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet
high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse back riding.

Thank you for providing such a lovely stay in Maui. I have been to
the island several times, and our stay at the Royal Mauian, Tomoko,
was the absolutely best by far! I�ve stayed in resorts in Kaanapali
(Hyatt, Westin, and The Whaler), in Kapalua (The Ritz Carlton), and
other condos in Kihei. But your condo combines the best of both
worlds � luxurious views, the sounds of the ocean, soft green grass
underfoot, easy access to wonderful restaurants and shops all this and
the ease and comfort of having our own little apartment (your condo)
in a most beautiful setting. We felt right at home in your home and
your hospitality was four-star! Even though we spent 11 days there in
May, we are already planning a return trip for four weeks in November.
We are so excited to return, and so soon, to your island paradise and
your condo rental that felt like home to us from the start!

Hi. I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying
in your condo. The views are amazing and with the beaches so close it
was ideal for our family. My parents and brother stayed in a condo
unit on the 6th floor in the same building but we were very happy to
be on the first floor and able to go in and out at our leisure. As
I'm sure that you've heard from other visitors we fell in love with
Maui and hope to return in the not to distant future.

The Royal Mauian also gets highest marks for me. I was surprised
and
impressed at the immaculate grooming of the grounds and the
cleanliness of the common facilities. The homeowner
representative
was a pleasant woman. I think your rate is a little low. I thought
the $200 per night was an extreme bargain considering the location
and quality of the unit. I think you could easily get $225 per
night
in that location even in low season.
