Our vacation house is in a quiet location only a short walking distance to Betsie Bay and the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. Main Street with cute shops and restaurants and the Betsie Valley Bike Trail are right around the corner.

The house has a roomy living space with a comfortable seating arrangement with plenty of natural daylight. Both private bedrooms have easy access to the bathroom. The spacious dining room has plenty of seating for your family.
The large open kitchen has a for burner stove, full-size refrigerator and more-than-adequate counter space as well as all the utensils and dishes you'll need for your vacation.
Our large, fenced-in yard with picnic table and barbecue gas grill invites you and your family to enjoy outside dining.

Tucked away in a quiet location and still in the middle of it all. Forget the car and walk to the beach, harbor, stores, shops and restaurants or take a bike ride along the beautiful Betsie Valley Bike Trail. The large fenced-in yard offers a perfect playground for children. You can also enjoy hiking along Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore or canoeing on the Platte River, both only 15 minutes away.

Summer: June 1 - August 31 ............ $1,350/week
Spring: March 1 - May 31 ................. $1,250/week
Fall: September 1 - October 31 ......... $1,250/week
Winter: November 1 - February 29 ..... $1,150/week
Refundable damage deposit: $100; refunded within 14 days after depart if no damage
Rent Saturday to Saturday, Arrival 4:00 P.M., Departure 10:00 A.M.
Add a $75 cleaning fee and all rates are subject to 6% state tax
Reservation: Intial deposit of 50%, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
