This end-unit oceanfront condominium is a true oceanfront premium
property in exclusive ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA.This unit offers spectacular
ocean views from the kitchen,living room,dining rooms and master
suite.See the sunrise from the beautiful master suite or from the
spacious balcony with outdoor seating.
-All of the furniture and decor are all upscaled,not what you would
normally see in a rental property,or even most hotels.It is
elegantly decorated and all of the furnishings,decor and artwork
were carefully selected so this vacation property stands out as one
of the finest in the area.
-Located on the 6th floor of the most desired south & east side
exposure,in the newest condominium building {1995} called
"The Seawinds".We were fortunate to have been able to find a
south-east side exposure end-unit in this building,to purchase and
offer as a vaction rental.
The building is key/code entry only,which makes it private.
What draws so many vacationers to Ormond-By-The-Sea is the fact that
it has a semi-private NO-DRIVE beach,which makes it quiet,clean and
most importantly safer,especially if you have children.
-Privacy,is one of the many features this property offers and that's
considered important to many of our guests when selecting a vacation
destination.
We have hosted many Honeymooner's and many couples celebrating their
Anniversaries because of the romantic feel this property has
with the added privacy.
-There is underground private assigned parking,which is gated and
operated only with a remote, which is provided as our guest.Our
assigned parking space is next to the elevator.There are carts in
the garage for your luggage & groceries,which eliminates having
to carry anything.There is additional parking,covered & uncovered
in the front of the building also available to all our guests.
The building and the condominium are Wheelchair Accessible.
The private pool also provides wheel chair access.
-Being that our Seawinds property is an end-unit,there are extra
windows in the living room and one of the dining areas.The
condominium is a short distance from the elevator.
-Our beautiful condominium has central air and heat,that
offers 2 large bedrooms [1 master suite & 1 junior suite]and
2 baths.This property shows like a model.
-We have provided every necessity with all of the luxury.
-Please note:Our condominium and the building,The Seawinds,are
equipped with sprinkler systems,alarm systems and smoke detectors
that meet all safety and fire code requirements of Volusia County.
Vacation Rental Amenities-Living Room - Faces the Ocean and is off the tiled furnished
balcony,which also looks over the ocean,beach and the pool.You can't
beat the views.
We have just added a new Surround Sound system,40" TV with Cable as
well as new electronics [DVD,CD Player,& VCR'S].The living room is
tastefully decorated with a new sofa and a custom made over-sized
chair in tropical designs.
Privacy can be achieved with the Plantation Blinds.The tables
[end,console and coffee table are marble and glass].
Beautiful artwork are the finishing touched to this upscale propery.
-The Kitchen - Is completely equipped with a full size
refrigerator/freezer with water and ice maker dispensers also a
separate small ice box on the door.The granite countertops are new.
Also included is a microwave,brand new self cleaning oven and
smooth top range,dishwasher and a disposal.
Included is a coffee maker,toaster,blender,pots and pans,dinnerware,
glassware and untensils.
The kitchen and one of the dining areas [theres 2] are beautifully
tiled.
The cabinetry and flooring were all upscaled from the
original features.
-The Dining Rooms - Are furnished with glass,metal and marble
tables.There is a 19" color TV with Cable in the dining area off
the kitchen.Each dining area [2] seats 4.
-The Master Suite - Features a king size bedroom set and a 27" TV
with Cable and remote,a new DVD system with new additional
speakers.The previous owner was an architect and he had
designed,built-in wall units,into each room [living room and both
bedrooms].There is a lot of storage space in the wall units and the
living room unit has built in lighting.
The king size bed in the master bedroom faces the ocean and
pool.Also a Dresser and 2 nightstands.
New digital clock/radio and CD player,as well as a cordless phone.As
you enter the master bath-there is a large walk-in closet with
built-in shelves.
There is a sink/vanity and in a separate room.In another area a
separate glass shower and large Jacuzzi/Bath.The master bath has all
custom cabinetry providing much more storage for your personal items.
A hair dryer is also provided.
-The Junior Bedroom Suite - Very tastefully decorated,features more
than enough storage.This bedroom offers a new 20"TV/VCR with
Cable and remotes.There is a QUEEN size bed.
The junior suite also has direct access to a
bathroom with a glass shower.Hair dryer also provided.
There are all new fine linens and bedding as well.
-The Balcony- Is private and is completely furnished and tiled.The
balcony seats 4 comfortably.
There are Electric Rolladen Blinds on every window
and balcony doors.
-We also offer all bedding,fine linens,pillows,towels,full supply of
beach towels,1 beach blanket,beach chairs and boogie boards.
-There is a full size washer and dryer,additionally an
ironing board and iron.
-There is storage for beach chairs,fishing
gear,beach toys etc.
-3 cordless phones provided with unlimited local service,for long
distance you must use a cell phone or calling card.There are phone
jacks to hook up your computer in the kitchen,living room,master and
junior suites.
-HIGH SPEED INTERNET
-Cable is in the kitchen,both bedrooms and the living room.
Each TV[4],VCR[2] and DVD[2] has a remote.
-We also provide our guests with board games for rainy day
entertainment [Chess set,Cranium and UNO ]in addition to a deck of
cards.
-There is a full size, private oceanfront pool.The pool is HEATED
March to November.
You can see the ocean as you relax poolside.A private walkway that
takes you right onto the semi-private beach,just steps away.The pool
area is key access only which eliminates non-guest usage and offers
privacy that you would expect in an upscale property.A key is
provided to all our guests for pool access.
The convenient "after-swim shower" is accessible to all
our guests after a day on the beach.
There is a Wheel Chair access ramp at the pool as well.
-The grounds and landscaping are superbly maintained and the
building is key/code only entry,which makes it safer and private.
The building,stairwells,parking garage,elevators and walkways are
very well lit.

You want nothing blocking your ocean views...
IF....
If the only things you want between you and the ocean is the
beach and the pool...
YOU WANT AN OCEANFRONT PROPERTY....
-I get many questions on the difference between
oceanfront,beachfront
and oceanview properties.
The difference is that OCEANVIEW is not directly on the beach but
across the street,which means there is a street between the property
and the ocean and the beach.
OCEANFRONT and BEACHFRONT are directly on the Beach with no streets
to cross.Some have advertised OCEANFRONT and/or BEACHFRONT when in
fact it is OCEANVIEW.
The rates are generally lower for OCEANVIEW properties versus a
rental right on the beach.
How this applies to Ormond Beach and Ormond-By-The-Sea,any properties
[condominiums] EAST of A1A [Ocean Shore Blvd.]is Oceanfront or
Beachfront.Any properties WEST of A1A is OCEANVIEW.Please check
carefully and know what you are paying for so you won't be
disappointed when you arrive for your long awaited vacation.We have
properties that are oceanfront and oceanview and we offer and
advertise EXACTLY what our units are.There are many more oceanview
properties in Ormond By The Sea and Ormond Beach because of the
limited beachfront property that is available.

Property is OCEANVIEW.
-As our guests and before your arrival date,we provide you with
visitor information for the area such as:Dining,Night
Life,Entertainment,Festivals and Events,Weather,Maps,Transportation,
Specialy Shopping,Recreation,Business Directory and Attractions.
I also send you driving sirections to and from the Condominium.
Activities and Attractions-There are endless recreational possibilities in Ormond-By-The-Sea and the neighboring areas. -Enjoy miles and miles of the beautiful no-drive sandy beaches with The no-drive regulations makes it so much less worrisome if you have children. This is also a perfect place for fishing,if that is something you like to do. -This semi-private beach is not crowded, And is very peaceful and clean.Perfect for jogging,biking,running,sun bathing or just taking long walks.You will see lots of kite flying here as well. -This is a golfers paradise.There are many courses from which to choose from.Public courses are close-by. If water activities is something you enjoy there is sailing,wind- surfing,jet skiing,water skiing,parasailing and Adventure Land Water Theme Park. Other outdoor activities include deep-sea and sport fishing,pier fishing,miniature golf,4 hour casino cruises from Ponce Inlet,live theater,lots of racing and motorcycle museums,The Symphony,cinemas,Go-carts and lots of games and rides on the pier,and of course stock car racing at the famous Daytona Speedway. For terrific day trips there is the world famous Disney World,Epcot,Universal Studios,as well as,The Central Florida Zoo,Blue Springs[Manatee viewing],St Augustine[the oldest city in America] and The Kennedy Space Center.Another featured attraction is Discovery Cove.Here you can swim with the dolphins and makes a great day trip as well. -In nearby Daytona Beach there is a large popular Flea Market and shopping malls if that is something you are looking for.The brand new Millenia Mall is a great shopping day trip and features all upscale stores. Enjoy the many superb restaurants that feature all different types of cuisine.
