Condo has 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The other bedroom has a full-sized bed. The loft space has a full-sized convertible bed.

The loft has it’s own private deck with views of Provincetown harbor. The main deck has a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs. There is a private, wisteria-wrapped deck with table and chairs off the main bedroom. 

There are A/C units in each bedroom, the living room and the loft space.

There is a full bathroom and a half bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

There is wireless internet in the condo.

There is parking for one car. Ferry and airport pick-up may be available.

A complimentary breakfast is available at our guersthouse, The Clarendon House (118 Bradford Street) during the summer season.

Ferry and Airport pick-up available for 2011 season - pre arranged.

Supermarket drop off and pick-up service available for 2011 season.

There is WIFI in the unit.
