Built in the 1970's, this stylish, mid-century Modern home is an affordable, yet very tranquil Hideaway on Virgin Gorda's exclusive North Sound, in the British Virgin Islands. 

The Villa is Ideal for Couples, as well as Two Couples vacationing Together:

The house generously measures 2000 sq. feet -- With 2 King Master Bedrooms, both Corner Rooms of equal dimensions; Each bedroom has its own private wing of the house with balcony, 2 Exposures of sliding glass doors to the balcony and chaise lounges, cross-breezes, ceiling fans, and en suite bathroom.

Live Dolce Far Niente: Grill outside, Create leisurely meals in the ample Chef's Kitchen, And there is an on-property Grocery Store for all the essentials. 

Snorkle at your private beach cove, which is only a 4 minute walk away. Go for a Day Charter to the many neighboring Islands. Sign-up for a beginner's Dive class at the on-site Dive Center. Or just curl up with a book and and enjoy "the sweetness of doing nothing."

Our location is very convienent for visiting all of Virgin Gorda and the neighboring islands.  The dramatic majesty of The Baths, the stunning (and secluded) Savanah Bay beach are both within a 15-20 minute drive from this stylish villa.

Yet you will find the Villa is totally hidden and therefore offers you total seclusion, total peace and quiet.

HIGH SEASON: Nov. 15, 2012 - April 30, 2013

3-4 Guests:   $325/Night or $2250 per Week   

1-2 Guests:   $250/Night or $1750 per Week

LOW SEASON: May 1 - Nov. 14, 2013             

3-4 Guests:  $250/night or $1750 per Week

1-2 Guests:  $175/night or $1225 per Week  

HOLIDAY RATES: 

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S:  $2450 Per WEEK   

The Rates above do not include $17.0% BVI Tax and Service

To Make a Reservation with Us:

Deposit of 1/3 Rental Fee via Personal Check or Bank Wire Transfer, plus signed rental agreement are due 3 days after your booking to hold your reservation.

Balance of Rental Fee, Taxes and $500 Damage Deposit due 1 month prior to your arrival

Note: Security/Damage Deposit is Returned 2 weeks after your Departure
