Being from a northern climate, this house was all Florida. The pool felt like it was almost indoors, with a lovely pond beyond. We enjoyed watching the herons, egrets and other wildlife. The landscaping was mature and well kept. Walking around the neighborhood on the miles of flat, dry sidewalks was heaven. Neighbors are friendly and it was certainly easy to access this gated community. We felt safe at all times.
The interior of the house was immaculately clean and looked like it had just been painted throughout. Bedrooms are situated with a master suite on one side and three smaller bedrooms on the other affording a lot of privacy to the master. Although the property sleeps 8 there are only 4 beds.
Although it was fine for us, if you’re a gourmet cook you may want to inquire with the owner about the exact features of the kitchen. TV viewing was awkward but we adjusted.
The owner was very pleasant from start to finish and easy to work with

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Great Family Getaway

Coming from a cold climate, this home is pure Florida. The pool feels like it's part of the house and there's a lovely pond beyond. We really enjoyed watching the herons, egrets and other wildlife. The landscaping is mature and well maintained. We all enjoyed walking around the development, where neighbors were friendly. Access in and out of this gated community was hassle free and we felt safe at all times. We had several different family members come and go with ease for varying lengths of stay. It's about a 12 minute drive to beautiful Bonita Beach.

Indoors was well appointed and immaculately clean. A master bedroom and bath is adjoined by the TV Room/Den and 3 additional bedrooms make up the opposite side of the house, affording a lot of privacy to the master. Although it does sleep 8 there are only 4 beds total. An elderly family member with mobility issues got around easily.

The kitchen was fine for us but if you're really into gourmet cooking inquire more with the owner about what you need. TVs were in odd places but nothing you couldn't deal with.

The owner was very attentive and all arrangements went smoothly.

Great Naples property!

This home provided our family with a wonderful vacation in Naples. It was impeccably decorated, spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you could possibly need, including a three-car attached garage, a gated community, and situated on a lake. There's a 3-mile walking path right outside the home which provided enjoyment of the beautiful development and great exercise. The pool was also fantastic. The kids didn't want to leave the house, they just wanted to swim.

The only drawback is if you're an avid TV watcher, there are no TVs in the bedrooms or the family room. There is a TV in the office and another in the loft. Other than that, I have no negative comments. The owners were fantastic to deal with. We will definitely be returning later this year to this home for another vacation.
