Vacation Rental Description

Imagine spending your upcoming vacation or family get-together in a 
fabulous, BRAND NEW oceanfront single family home with every 
possible amenity! Now is your perfect opportunity; SEAWATCH has 
recently been completed and is ready for your visit.

With four bedrooms plus a study (with queen sleeper), 4.5 baths, 
SEAWATCH will sleep up to 10 guests, plus baby in crib. The house is 
designed for the vacationer who wants the best of everything, and 
you will find it here! The large gourmet kitchen, spacious living 
area, quality furnishings, elevator and stair chair, enormous covered 
and open decks, and private dune walkover insure that you and your 
family will enjoy all the comforts of home...and maybe more!

SEAWATCH is situated on three levels. On the ground floor is a 
spacious double garage plus additional on-site parking and a fenced 
back yard. Outside stairs or an elevator will take you to the main 
floor, which is on the second level.

On the main floor is the primary living space, with an open living-
dining-kitchen area, as well as two master suites with queen beds, 
private baths, and walk-in closets. Both bedrooms open to the large 
covered porch which runs the length of the house. Also on the main 
level are a large laundry room, powder room, and computer alcove 
with wireless high speed Internet connection!

On the third floor are two additional bedrooms (one with 
a king bed and one with a queen) which share a large bath with 
separate vanities. A cozy den with queen sleeper, private bath, 
kitchenette, and another laundry complete this level. All rooms 
overlook the ocean with fabulous views.

The main level covered deck offers plenty of space for cooking, 
eating, and relaxing. Adirondack chairs and loungers are perfect for 
reading or snoozing in the shade, to the sounds of the ocean. Two 
dining tables provide a perfect spot for those grilled steaks or 
fresh seafood! From the second level deck, you reach the beach via a 
private "dune walkover" which is gated and perfectly safe for little 
ones. An outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, as well as 
easy access to the powder room insures that you don't have to bring 
the beach inside!

Outdoor stairs join the main level deck with the top level, allowing 
early risers sleeping there to grab a cup of coffee from the 
kitchenette and head to the beach to watch the sunrise... all 
without disturbing those late sleepers on the second level! Also on 
the third level is a small uncovered deck, opening off the two 
bedrooms. This is a delightful spot to take advantage of the 
panoramic views!

Vacation Rental Rates

September 8, 2007 - March 1, 2008
$2600 weekly, 1-6 guests. Each additional guest pays $100 extra weekly
$550 nightly, 1-6 guests. Each additional guest pays $25 extra nightly
3 night minimum; no cleaning fees for rentals of 4 nights or more; 
$200 cleaning fee for 3 night rentals  

March 2 - May 24, 2008
$3800 weekly, 1-10 guests
No nightly rentals; Sunday-Sunday only

May 25 - August 16, 2008
$4800 weekly, 1-10 guests
No nightly rentals, Sunday-Sunday only

Taxes of 9% are additional
Refundable reservation/damage deposit of $500 per week required
$500 upcharge for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New 
Years weeks 

No cleaning fees for rentals of 4 nights or more if you do come very basic clean-up; otherwise, the cleaning fee is 
$200. Ask manager for specifics.

Babies up to 2 years in cribs free!
