You can even fish off the dock or bring your boat too.

For the avid fisherman/woman our home is located on a deep water canal only 5 houses in from the Open Atlantic with direct Ocean access; no canals to navigate. The 75' concrete dock comes with a fish cleaning station with running water and in the garage you'll find a Bait Freezer & Rod Holders as well. Snorkeing, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding or Shallow Water Fishing is accessible right at the end of the canal. If diving is your thing you'll find ample storage in the garage for all your equipment and plenty of dive sites to explore.

Amenities: Inside you will be pleased to find a European Kitchen with White Quartz counter top, Gaggenau appliances, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Laundry Room with front load washer & dryer, iron & ironing board. The Family room is equipped with a 52'' flat panel TV, DVD player and Bose wave radio. The Master has a King with memory foam mattress, 42'' flat panel TV and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Full XL/Double with memory foam mattress and a Full/Double pull-out trundle with memory foam mattress and a TV with DVD player and game console.

The house has central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped including pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, deep fryer, plates, silverware, etc. It also has a water softener for all interior faucets and an under the counter drinking water purifier. Linen closet includes all bedding sheets (400-800 thread count), bath towels (Egyptian or Turkish cotton) & pool towels.

Extras: The garage storage area includes (as previously noted) a Bait Freezer and Rod Holders and enough room left over for all your gear...bring your bicycles, dive tanks, coolers etc... The Pool has a heater (available ONLY upon request) and fiber optic lighting for your evening swimming pleasure.

A local land line is included as well as free Wireless Internet and expanded cable.

Terms: A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your dates. The remaining balance can be paid in one (1) or two (2) installments (time permitting). Balance in FULL is due 15 days prior to a arrival.
