This family-friendly coverted 2-bedroom condo is conveniently located within walking distance to
Hunter Mountain. This newly renovated two bedroom unit comfortably fits a family of 5-6 or a group
of friends. The main bedroom is fully furnished (complete with linens and a full size bed). The
second bedroom is great for the kids and has bunk beds. The 
sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping or simply a comfortable place to kick back and
relax. The kitchen comes complete with new appliances and a small table and chairs (2) to
enjoy a home cooked meal.
The condo is conveniently located within Hunter Highlands and is walking distance to the mountain in
the winter and to Lake Dolan in the summer. It is also walking distance to all of Hunter Mountain's great festivals throughout the summer and fall. It is a great place to have fun and build memories and
provides a comfortable at home atmosphere that you can't get in a hotel. The Perfect Lift restaurant
is right within the Hunter Highlands complex where you can enjoy a great meal or the perfect end of
day cocktail.
Condo regulations do not allow pets. No smoking inside unit. Plenty of parking.
