This two story town home is located on the second floor of a small quiet condominium complex directly on the ocean in Satellite Beach. It is perfect for couples or families who want to relax on the beach. The endless beaches are tempting year round with warm Southern waters and an average daytime temperature of 73° F/23 C. It is a fabulous warm weather getaway or a great family vacation. Swim, surf, snorkel, fish, collect shells or just relax in the sun without leaving your private paradise.

Beautiful ocean views greet you when you walk through the door. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Sit on the oceanfront balcony and watch the dolphins swim by. Soak up the sun on our quiet stretch of beach or ocean-side heated pool. Fish in the surf right on the beach. Stroll the beach and pick up shells. From May to August witness endangered sea turtles swim ashore to nest in the sand dunes and watch the newborn hatchlings scurry for survival toward the moonlit ocean. Florida’s Space Coast is the largest sea turtle nesting area in the United States.

Our unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to six guests. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed with sitting area, closet, cable TV, overhead ceiling fan and a fabulous ocean view! The guest room has two twin/single beds with closet, dresser and desk. All linens and towels are provided. Complimentary wireless high speed internet is included.

The main level has an open spacious floor plan with tiled floors, leather furniture including sofa sleeper, love seat and recliner rocker; cable TV with DVD/VCR, and Stereo with CD player. Wall-to-wall sliding glass windows offer fabulous ocean views. Comfortable balcony furnishings tempt you to dine on the balcony, have cocktails, or just relax and enjoy the amazing view. The fully equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, electric range and plenty of cabinet space. We provide a complete supply of dishes, flatware, storage containers, casserole dishes, and cooking utensils. The kitchen is completely open to the living-dining area and the ocean beyond.

Splash in the surf, bask in the warm Florida sun, and take a refreshing swim in our heated pool, stroll endless miles of beach… whatever your desire.
