Beachfront home--Gulf Heaven in Little Gasparilla Island

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath stilt home sits right on the beach, down the
steps to the sand and 50' from the water. Our decks both upper and
lower are locked/gated for children and pet safety. This home is
very private, and is one of a kind. We have views of Boca Grand and
Palm Island, great sunsets.
From our photos, it is easy to see why this
house is absolutely perfect for a small family, honeymooners or two
couples who want to get away. All you'll need are your groceries
and a bathing suit and Gulf Heaven is yours to enjoy. Our home is
very clean, well taken care of, and includes all new and up-to-date
appliances, sound system, water filtration system, ice maker, and
full laundry room. We have broadband wireless Internet service and
Direct TV. We also get the local channels without problems.

Looking for spectacular sunsets, shelling, world-class fishing, bird
watching, sea turtles hatching, nature walks, or just plain
relaxing? This is your island paradise. On the Southwest coast of
Florida, accessible only by boat or water taxi, Little Gasparilla
Island has seven miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches untouched
by hotels, restaurants, shops, cars, or crowds. The only sounds you
will hear will be the pelicans, sea gulls, the wind, and the surf.
Hopefully the eagles and manatees will visit while you're here. Upon
arrival we meet and greet you at the marina, bring you by boat to
the dock, help off-load your groceries & luggage onto our golf cart
then go down the lane and up the stairs

$1200.00 weekly , $4000 monthly. Holidays please inquire.
$500 damage deposit due upon booking. Refunded 7 days after departure
Pets 50lbs or less are an additional 50.00 flat fee. Leash and
vaccinations required. Tax is an additional 12% and the cleaning fee
is $75. We rent Sat. to Sat. check in at or after 2pm, and checkout the
following Saturday at 10am. Transportation to the island
house is included, but all other boat transportation is provided on
a fee based schedule from the private Water taxi's.
