Spacious , Modern House on 6th Fairway in Palm Springs

We have just remodeled and newly furnished this wonderfull condo!
It is decorated modern, functional and cozy! It is situated on the
6th fairway of Cathedral Canyon Country club with wonderfull fairway
and San Jacinto mountain views. It is very spacious, the livingroom
has cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace. We have a formal dining
room, a wetbar and 2 patios, one overlooking the fairway and one in
our private courtyard, they both are fully furnished and there is a
gas BBQ. The bedrooms are brand new and the master bedroom has a
kingsize bed with a sliding door to a back patio, mountain and
fairway views. The guestroom has a queen size bed looking into our
beautyfull quiet, private courtyard. We have a lovely den with a
sofabed for additional guests also , there is a 2 car garage.

This unit has central heating and AC and every room has ceiling fans
there is 3 TV,s and DVD players. A home theater is available upon
request the kitchen is furnished with all new cookware and utensils,
microwave, dishwasher, blender, juicer etc. Washer and dryer are in
unit. There is a cute breakfast nook as well. Linnens, towels,
poolraft, pooltowels are provided. This is turnkey, just bring your
personal items and have a good time!

Cathedral Canyon Countryclub is a challenging 27 hole Golf course
and there is discounts for guests! There are tennis courts as well!
There is 6 pools and jacuzzies at your convenience, all within
walking distance, one right next to the unit! Tennis courts are on
the premises as well. There is hiking, biking, and lots of movie
theaters minutes away. There is a Waterpark and the tram in Palm
springs just minutes away.

We have a 3 day minimum!
during the season, oct-may rates are as follows;
daily $150-250
weekly $1000-1500
monthly $2250-$3000
There is a discount if you rent for longer than 3 months
Special discounts and also special holiday surcharges may apply,
there is a $500 deposit with a $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee,
the deposit and cleaning fee might be a little higher, if you bring
your pet. Please inquire about special summer discounts!!!
