Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, oceanfront condo with its breathtaking view of the Atlantic ocean is located on 
Ocean Boulevard in the GRAND STRAND section of Myrtle Beach. From our condo, you will 
enjoy a spectacular oceanfront view, while you watch and listen to the ocean water. All from a birds 
eye view on the 12th floor.

Our fully-furnished condo features 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and sink/grooming area in the 
bedroom with a wrap around mirror; 1 full bath ; a spacious bright livingroom with a great floor 
plan; a fully equipped kitchen and a fabulous private balcony where you will look up and down the 
beach as far as the eye can see.


The livingroom is bight with a comfortable sofabed that can sleep additional guests 
and wall to wall window/sliding glass doors.


Additionally, Ocean Forest Plaza have employees on-site for night security, airport shuttle service, 
poolside entertainment, and bbq.

This is a NON-SMOKING home; no pets; no motorcycles.

This condo includes: stove, refrigerator; microwave; dishwasher; air conditioning; toaster; iron and 
ironing board; 2 cable equipped tv's; ocean toys and more. Covered parking; indoor

it; you are there. Also you are only steps from the local limo-bus stop. 

Vacation Rental Rates

A True Savings SPECIAL $700.00/Week "INCLUDING CLEANING DEPARTURE FEE" Saturday to 
Saturday through the months of July and August.

Rates:     SEPTEMBER GOLF SPECIAL: $450.00 weekly 
           October - March $325.00 weekly
           April - May $350.00 weekly 

WINTER MONTHLY RATE: $625.00 !! HURRY AND RESERVE THIS CONDO OCTOBER THROUGH MARCH.

VISA AND MASTERCARD ACCEPTED. PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Deposit to hold reservation: $200.00

$12.00 linen fee/per bed includes bed sheets and towels for the week.
