The nearness of the ICW makes you swear you could step on-board sailboats, yachts, or kayaks floating by.

Keep an eye on family or call them in from the balcony. A wooden walkway on the Atlantic side takes you to the white sands of Crescent Beach.

White shabby chic furniture, kitchen cabinets and bead-board contrast with nautical blue walls, a sleeper sofa and cozy chairs. Colorful Caribbean art and whimsical ocean accessories make it fun! Enjoy our 37" LG HDTV or your favorite movies from a sea-themed hutch and play your mood music on a radio/CD/I-Pod player, perched on a funky “underwater art” treasure chest.

You'll love hanging out on the oceanfront deck, via sliding glass doors from the living room or master bedroom. With six swivel chairs and two round tables, you set the stage(s) for meals, drinks, laptop use or reading.

Savor sunrise coffees (expresso/cappuccino maker provided) and sunset drinks. Absorb either ICW or ocean views from a breakfast bar and swivel chairs. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a cooktop and Bosch dishwasher and an expresso/cappucion maker. Choose from shell-bordered dishes, fun-loving & elegant serving platters, & sets of palm-etched glassware and barware. The dining room hutch holds bright plastic fish plates and goblets for kids. Dress up meals with fanciful placemats or chic palm linens – beach-stylin'!

The spacious master bedroom & king therapedic mattress offer you an oasis of muted palm trees and rattan. Fall asleep to a show, movie or good book and wake to an ocean sunrise. Enjoy the ample space of a sand-tiled, dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower, or relax in a jetted tub, amid flamingo art and palm accents. Tranquil palms also adorn original canvas art, bedding, lamps, fans, and lush towels. There is even a 32" Samsung HDTV with Blue Ray player and an I-Pod/CD player & radio.

The guest bedroom, with stunning ICW views, sports a lively sailboat border, with multicolored flags. Comfy twin beds & jaunty sailboat bedding will bring smiles to kids and adults alike. The maritime theme includes lighthouse accessories, a sailboat lamp, & nautical wall & frame accents. Blue fish ride the waves on a large wooden art piece crafted by a noted local artist.

Tropical fish accent the updated guest bathroom (also usable from the main room) & walk-in shower. Brilliantly-colored, they look like they swam from a saltwater aquarium onto an art print, shower curtain, wall hooks, & thick towels.

A washer & dryer, soft beach towels, a cooler & more supplies hide behind folding doors.
