A southern exposure and a brand new private heated pool means non-stop fun and sun! Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a perfect family home with completely custom fittings and endless ‘finishing touches’. If you’re coming to Florida, as many do, for its gorgeous weather, then you’ll love time spent outside in the private, screened lanai with new private pool. Of course, barbeque enthusiasts and bookworms will get their fix, too. Among our Paradise Retreat's best features is its outdoor space. An outside living room has a large hot tub that fits 6-8 adults, plus a large patio table and 6 chairs. Cook and eat outside - there’s a grill area and summer kitchen. Choose between sun and shade - curling into any of the provided sunbeds. The outdoor space overlooks a tranquil lake. With lovely potted plants within, the landscaping blends naturally in and out. From home, it’s just a short walk to Cinnamon Beach as well. Inside, it’s a stunning and very happy home. Hardwood floors lead from room to room, though many of the communal areas are open-plan. Look up in the double-height living room to see a plantation-style ceiling fan keeping the space cool. A living room gas fireplace makes the home cozy even in winter, while a massive 50-inch HDTV and full bar encourages a festive mood year-round. The fireplace is a real feature - it’s open on 3 sides! Enjoy it from the bar or either of the living room’s two deep leather armchairs. They’re both packed with tons of cushions and share a huge leather ottoman. Happy feet! Next to the bar is a spacious dining area that, in turn, opens directly to the lanai. The kitchen is adjacent and boasts pendant lighting for precision cake decorating, pizza making or cocktail creation. A large island, granite counters and stainless steel appliances round out a fantastic work and play space. A separate breakfast area has double-aspect windows. Four bedrooms, including two master suites, sleep up to eight guests and share 3.5 baths. Both master suites, located on separate floors for added privacy, have king beds and Tuscan-style master baths. Decadent touches include floor-length curtains, a dressing area and private balcony access. A 3rd bedroom offers two twin beds and a 4th bedroom offers two double bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, respectively. Everyone enjoys ample room for parking in the large private driveway, as well as access to the exclusive facilities at Cinnamon Beach Resort - just a minute’s walk, 4 houses away. Nearby activities and entertainment spoil you for choice. Kids and adults alike will go crazy for two large heated pools. One, a heated lap pool, is directly oceanfront and the second, for kids, has a zero-slope entrance for paddling. Also available are a fitness center, a jacuzzi, 2 games room, a cafe, jogging trails - not to mention miles and miles of delicious cinnamon-colored beach.
