Cable TV, Internet WiFi, long-distance (incl. Canada) telephone, water and electricity are included.
Minutes to downtown and the beaches. Next to Ed Smith Stadium - the Orioles' winter training camp.
Bus stop just outside the gate. Club house with fitness room and swimming pool.
A $400 reservation deposit is required to hold the unit. The entire rent amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside the unit.
Minimum rental period during winter season: 1 month.
Minimum rental period off-season: 2 weeks.
