The lanai includes a casual table for dining, cushioned easy chairs with footstools for napping and reading, and a ceiling fan to circulate the air-conditioned comfort of your ocean overlook! Sliding-glass doors lead out from the lanai to an open balcony where the salty breeze and gentle calls of the seabirds will charm you. Rise early one morning and watch the sun rise over the horizon, filling the sky with brilliant colors. This is Ponte Vedra Beach at its best, laid out before you! Breakers 643-B combines all this natural beauty with the comfort and convenience of a newly designed and furnished condo with all the latest features. When you step indoors from the lanai, you find yourself in a very spacious living room, complete with an ornamental fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, hardwood floor, and plenty of seating for your whole group. Let the gamers set up the Settlers of Catan at the little table in one corner, while the sports fans find a good game on TV and the crafter settles down with a quilt square. You can all stay together at Breakers 643-B while still pursuing your favorite leisure activities! While the gang is gathered around, keep the drinks and snacks coming via the kitchen and bar areas at our condo. We have a very convenient wet bar set up in one area of the main room – all you add is liquor! The breakfast bar is adjacent, with stools pulled up to a wide serving and dining counter. Line the bowls of popcorn or plates of nachos along here for quick refreshment! And if a more serious home-cooked meal is in order, you’ll enjoy using the kitchen at Breakers 643-B. Beautifully tiled and boasting a diamond-patterned backsplash as well as soothing track lighting, our kitchen has gleaming appliances and fully stocked cupboards with cookware, dishes, and all the utensils and gadgets you might wish. Whether you’re an enthusiastic chef or a kitchen avoider, you’ll find it easy and fun to throw together yummy feasts here! And our elegant dining table makes the presentation a little extra special. The living and dining areas are open and inviting, but the 3 bedrooms at Breakers 643-B are wonderfully private and restful. The master suite is a showplace, with sliding-glass door access to the oceanfront balcony, a king-sized bed, big wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and en-suite bath. Retire early and sleep late in this sanctuary! The second bedroom is extra-large, easily accommodating 2 double beds, easy chair, bureau, and flat-screen. The third bedroom is great for kids, with 2 twin beds and a flat-screen, plus a reading chair and plenty of floor space for toys and treasures. These bedrooms share a bathroom, while a third full bath serves the living and dining areas. We even have a futon that converts into a bed for 2, just in case you have overnight guests or the children want to have a “sleepover” in another part of the condo! Breakers 643-B has all the conveniences of home, from a washer/dryer to WiFi Internet service (free of charge). We provide all the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath at the condo.
