Daily rates: $150 a night (Oct-Mar)
$175 a night (Apr-Sept)

Weekly rates: $750 a week (6 NIGHTS) (Oct-Mar)
$950 a week (6 NIGHTS) (Apr-Sept)

Monthly rates: $1900 a month (Oct-Mar)
$1850 for 2 or more months

Cancellation Policy
Deposit is only refunded when proper notice has been given to
owners. Weekly reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days
prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be cancelled 120 days
prior to arrival or the deposit amount is forfeited. Weekly
cancellations are subject to a $135.00 processing fee. Monthly
cancellations are subject to a $300.00 processing fee (if home is
re-rented out for the same period of time cancellation processing
fee is $75). Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any
refund of rent or deposits.
