Sunset Villas - A brand new two story, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath 
home with a 37' deep garage in a gated community, close 
to London Bridge, 2 short miles to Windsor Beach and boat launches, 
dining and shopping. Have a wonderful day on the water then relax 
and enjoy a beautifully decorated, comfortable home away from home. 
The pool and spa, for the 23 homes in the community is located just 
across the street from our front door. COME AND ENJOY A WONDERFUL 
VACATION IN OUR HOME!!!!

Queen bed in master, Full in 2nd bedroom, and a single/double bunk

Lake Havasu City, where you can enjoy Boating, swimming, off-
roading, jet skiing, fishing, golfing, dining, dancing, 
and...relaxing! You can also enjoy gambling in nearby Laughlin, with 
Las Vegas, Sedona, Kingman or the Grand Canyon just short drives 
away.    

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates:   $150 a night (Oct-Mar)
               $175 a night (Apr-Sept)

Weekly rates:  $750 a week (6 NIGHTS)  (Oct-Mar)
               $950 a week (6 NIGHTS) (Apr-Sept)

Monthly rates: $1900 a month (Oct-Mar)
               $1850 for 2 or more months
               $1800 3 or more months

                    Cancellation Policy
Deposit is only refunded when proper notice has been given to 
owners.  Weekly reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days 
prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be cancelled 120 days 
prior to arrival or the deposit amount is forfeited.  Weekly 
cancellations are subject to a $135.00 processing fee.   Monthly 
cancellations are subject to a $300.00 processing fee (if home is 
re-rented out for the same period of time cancellation processing 
fee is $75). Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any 
refund of rent or deposits.
