Island, it the perfect get-away from for those looking for a respite
from the regular hustle and bustle. Just a short ferry ride takes
you to the island. Only a few hours form NYC.

A new house featuring modern conviences but with the flavor of
an old country farmhouse. The house was built in 2004. It was
customized & decorated by a NYC Interior designer. Many
original antique fixtures & fittings were used. The house sits
back off the road on a quiet one acre within walking distance of
Crescent Beach and the public golf course.

Central air conditioning, and wood burning fireplace.
3 bedrooms: MBR queen, Guest 1 full, Guest 2 two twins. Study
off the Kitchen has full size futon to sleep 2 more.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, large closets, & chest of
drawers.
2 1/2 bathrooms. Master has a separate antique tub and a
walk-in shower.
Bed linens, blankets, towels, pillows provided.
Fully equipped Kitchen with gas range.
TV in Study & Summer Room with regular cable hook-up. VCR
and DVD player in Study. Small TV in MBR.
Stereo in Living Room with 3-disk CD player.
Optonline internet cable hook and wireless router.
Summer Room does not have AC or heat. It's furnished with
sofa, tables, dining table & chairs, easel, TV and carpet.
Outdoor patio w/umbrella, table, chairs, BBQ and Shower/rinse
area.
Dishwasher, washer/dryer & laundry sink.
Full unfinished basement perfect for storing bikes, and beach
things.
Outdoor parking only. Long driveway with plenty of parking
space.
Large "U" shaped wrap around Front porch perfect for a rainy day
or your first coffee of the day.
Hardwood floors throughout; porcelain tile Baths, Kitchen &
Dining.

The island is perfect for those that just want to relax. There are
many activities for those seeking adventure. Shopping, biking,
boating, swimming, tennis, golf, yoga, fishing, kayaking, horseback
riding and
even hiking in the island's nature preserve. Enjoy the North Fork
wineries just a short ferry ride away. Visit excellent restaurants
on island or off, Tanger Outlets in Riverhead, the renowned
Hamptons or the beaches of Montauk. Or just take a leisurely
stroll through Sag Harbor and enjoy a free concert at the Perlman
Music Group!
