Large 6 bedroom for summer/academic 2013-2014 in Narragansett

Built in 2006, this spacious 6 bedroom house is perfect for two families to comfortably vacation together!  Two large living rooms, two bathrooms, and a pool table/ping pong table.  There is a large deck off the back of the house where you can sit after a day at the beach and enjoy a cocktail while viewing the amazing sunset.  The large front yard is a perfect space for a game of whiffle ball or volleyball and will keep the kids busy when they are not at the beach.

The house is a short 5 minute drive to Scarborough Beach and 5 other popular beaches.  Galilee and the Block Island Ferry are also 10 minutes away.

- Kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, large microwave, blender, pots& pans (lobster pots).  A large gas grill is also available off the back deck

- Washer and dryer, DVD players, phone, Cable and internet service is provided with a total of 8 tv's., refrigerated wine cooler.

- Pillows and comforters are provided and linens are available upon request 

-  upstairs = 2 full, 1 queen  downstairs = 2 twin, 1 queen, 1 king

- Hot water outdoor shower.

- Plenty of parking 

Fine seafood and family friendly restaurants, fishing, roller skating rinks, bike path, and plenty of shopping opportunities, including grocery and gifts and you can take advantage of The Town of Narragansett swimming pool with soccer fields, tennis courts and basketball located on Clarke Road.

Rates are based on a weekly stay (Saturday to Saturday)

$1,190 -- week in June

$1,790 -- week in July or August

$500 per bedroom/$3000 month for the academic year Sept.2013 through May 2014

A reservation deposit of $275 per week is collected at the time of booking and converts to a security deposit upon check-in.  It is fully refundable within 1 week of check-out assuming no damages have occured.
