Rates as of May 1, 2013 Through September 10, 2013:

• Standard daily rate: 2 night minimum stay: $325 per nite.
• Holidays (Memorial, July 4th, Labor day weekends) $425 per night, with a 3 night minimum.
• Standard weekly rate: 7 nights: $1,900
• Rates do not include cleaning and management fee of $200.
• Utility surcharge of $40 per day charged on all stays.
• Stays of 2 weeks or longer require cleaning fee of $200 every other week and at check out. NO EXCEPTIONS.

$750.00 security deposit is required on all stays.
First half of total rent, plus secruity deposit is required within 
10 days of your confirmed reservation. The remaining half is due 
within 40 days of your arrival date.
Cancellations are acceptable up to 30 calendar days prior to your 
original arrvial date, with a full refund, provided that the home is rebooked. Cancellations within 29 calendar days of your original arrival date will be subject to a charge of $500.
