Great Multi-Family Vacation House on Algonquin Lake - in Gun Lake

Great year round home on Algonquin Lake near Gun Lake, MI in Hastings, MI. This home is perfect for two to three families to share comfortably and enjoy.
Amazing views from this spacious lakefront house.  Algonquin Lake is a private lake with no public access. The lake has a slalom course for water skiers and plenty of fish for the fisherman in the family.   You can do nothing and feel like you are in the middle of nowhere or enjoy the towns near by.   Dock your boat at our dock.   Hastings is centrally located with a 45 minute drive to Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, or Lansing. 

The house includes three bedrooms upstairs.  Master Bedroom includes a king size bed,  twin bed, TV, walk in closet, and an attached bathroom.  2nd Bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and two closets.  3rd bedroom has a queen bed, another set of twin bunks, and a dvd player. 

A toddler bed, pack and play, and booster seats are available for families with young children.

The main floor includes an open great room with a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 12, flat screen tv, convenient bathroom and a beautiful view of the lake. 

The basement is fully finished with two pull out sofas.  This house has plenty of room to spread out and relax. 

The house is located on a hill and there are about 50 stairs down to the lake.  A large deck awaits you directly outside of the living room and a patio is located directly outside of the sliding doors in the walk out basement. This is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Shallow entry into the water makes swimming great for children.

• The Hastings Downtown is surrounded by natural beauty and mixed uses.
  You can live Downtown, Canoe the Thornapple, play soccer or take a walk on the Tyden Park river trail. Parks, schools, neighborhoods and industry are all within blocks of the Downtown.

Holiday weeks - $1700 a week

Cleaning Fee: $100

$650 deposit to hold reservation
Balance of payment due 3 weeks prior to check-in
$300 security deposit, inspection is done after check-out
and providing a clear check-out, deposit will be refunded by mail.
