This property is located in Victoria Park Fort Lauderdale .It is directly on the middle river with access to the ocean from our boat slips. It is a 5 minute drive from the beach and the A1A strip. it is also a 5 minute drive from down town Fort Lauderdale and famous Los Olas Blvd. Located behind the property in walking distance is the Galleria mall. Also in walking distance is a strip mall with multiple restaurants, stores and a movie theater. Fort Lauderdale international airport is 15 minute drive as well as Port Everglade. Miami International airport is a 30 minute drive as well as South Beach and the Port of Miami and two hours from the Key Largo. We are also very close to Alligator Alley. An easy drive to the west coast of Florida. The property has a security gate and large deck and dock area. We also have boat slips for rent and you can rent a boat to enjoy while you stay as long as a slip is available. Both apartments have access to free WiFi.
