Two story townhouse located in quiet complex across the street from the main Marco Island resident's beach. This is truly a little piece of paradise. Walking distance to resident' beach. Unit is located on second floor of two story building. Townhouse has been totally updated; new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture. California King bed in master bedroom, bunk beds in 2nd bedroom (full size bed in lower bunk) and living room has a queen size sofa bed. A/C and ceiling fans in every room. Basic cable television and DVD player in every room. All new kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bath towels, linen, etc. Front porch overlooks parking area and has views of residents beach across street and gulf of mexico. Rear porch overlooks garden area of complex. Access to Marco Island resident's beach requires application and separate annual fee.

Available immediately. Non-Smokers and No Pets. Association requires 1 month minimum rental. Owner will give discount to rental for more than 1 month. October to December monthly rental is $1,700 less discount for multiple months. January to April monthly rental is $2,200 less discount for multiple months. May to September monthly rental is $1,400 less discount for multiple months. Additional discounts for 6 month and annual rentals. Utilities are included and local phone service is included. Will need calling card for long distance calls. Florida taxes of 10% will be added to monthly rental amount. Security deposit of $500 required to reserve and confirm prices. Security deposit returned no later than 30 days after rental ends. Total rent due 15 days before arrival for seasonal rentals.
