This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is perfectly located for beach, golf, sightseeing, and long lazy days in the sun with a cool drink. A gorgeous deck overlooks the beach, just made for early-morning birdwatching, al fresco meals, and evening stargazing. Wake early one day and you just might see the spectacular sunrise over the ocean; you’ll certainly be able to enjoy the moon and stars every night. The view is highly addictive!

Step inside from the balcony and you find yourself in our open-plan living and dining area. The view comes in with you; the sliding-glass doors expose the entire area to the magnificent vista of sea and sky, so you can enjoy the view in air-conditioned comfort.

In the living room, relax on the couch (it unfolds into a bed for 2, giving some lucky folks a front-row seat to the sunrise each morning!) and flip on the TV, complete with cable. Everything is sparkling new here, nicely decorated and spotlessly maintained. Who says going to the beach has to mean roughing it?!

The dining table is adjacent to the living room, and doubles as a game center. Put on some music and crack open a new deck of cards – sometimes the best part of a vacation is spending time “at home” with your favorite people!

Surf Villas 626 also includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a laundry room containing washer and dryer in the rear. Not only does the kitchen include all major appliances, it also has cabinets full of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, and gadgets of all description. You may be planning to dine out while you’re here (and you should – there are unbelievably good restaurants just minutes away!), but it’s always good to have drinks and snacks on hand, if not coffee beans and breakfast fixings for days when you want to get moving early. You’ll enjoy using this kitchen, especially the part where you toss all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run down to the beach without a backward glance!

The open-plan design of the living and dining area of our condo keeps your group together, but privacy and quiet can be just as important, which is why you’ll love the master bedroom at Surf Villas 626. Here you’ll find a king-sized bed, wonderfully luxurious, that ensures a great night’s sleep all vacation long.

The bath is also palatial, with a jetted tub that turns a simple soak into a mini spa treatment. After a busy day golfing or sightseeing, your muscles will really appreciate this Jacuzzi!

At Surf Villas 626, you’ll find all the extra little touches that make your stay easier and more pleasant. All of the linens, blankets, towels, and pillows you need for beds and bath will be waiting for you here. You have free wireless Internet at the condo, so feel free to bring any electronics you like. Parking is free, close, and very safe in this gated community.
