Everything is just a little -- well, make that a LOT! -- nicer at Mandalay in Palm Coast. Our bathrooms have walk-in showers and soaking tubs, every bedroom leads out onto a patio or deck (most with breathtaking water views), and there are 2 large, comfortable, beautifully appointed living spaces. HDTVs offer state-of-the-art viewing, and everything here is new, sparkling clean, and ready to use.

Ride the silent elevator to the third floor and drop your bags in the master suite. The giant bedroom, filled with natural light, contains a luxe king-sized bed, 32-inch HDTV, ceiling fan with palm-frond blades, desk, and sliding doors out to a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal. Bring your first cup of coffee out here as the last streaks of dawn color the sky, and you'll feel as though you own the world!

The second bedroom on the third floor contains a queen-sized bed in a room leading out to a private patio with gorgeous water views. This patio is one of the best places at Mandalay to witness the sunrise.

There are 2 full baths on the third floor, one with a walk-in shower & tub, as well as his-and-her vanities in the master.

The second floor is the main living and dining area at Mandalay, and also features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, HDTV, & balcony access, as well as an office with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a 32-inch HDTV. Another full bathroom serves this floor.

You will love our formal living room. Ultra-comfortable couches and chairs surround a 50-inch HDTV, while a long bank of windows lets light stream in and provides amazing water views. From this room you can take the elevator or step out onto our long, deep balcony, complete with summer kitchen and wet bar. We have space for casual dining out here too.

In addition to dining al fresco, you'll find a formal dining room at Mandalay, with a big table beneath a modern chandelier. Doors lead out to the patio just steps away, so if you like, throw them open and let the balmy breezes wash over you as you sample the catch of the day!

The kitchen at Mandalay is a gourmet chef's dream, with gleaming new stainless-steel appliances, water and ice in the door of the fridge, and all the cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils you need to prepare, serve, and eat just about anything! You'll enjoy the little breakfast bar at the island too, with padded barstools so someone can keep the cook company (or set up their laptop, to enjoy the free wireless Internet at Mandalay)!

The second floor may be the heart of the action, but the first floor provides an entire second area for entertaining! In addition to the bedroom (with queen-sized bed, 32" HDTV & patio access) and full bathroom here, a large family room encourages everyone to come inside and sprawl out for a movie or quick game of Scene It. The 50-inch HDTV is beguiling . . . but so are the water views from this room!

Everything is provided for you here, from our washer and dryer to linens and towels for every bed and bath. The grounds are spacious and immaculately maintained. Indoors and out, you'll find paradise at Mandalay!

And the best part is its location in the Mediterranean-themed Yacht Harbor Village and Marina, a 76-acre private gated community.
