Best of all, the summer kitchen (grill, sink, granite countertops) and dining table are in a lighted, covered area, and a fun exterior spiral staircase winds up to the 2nd-floor balcony to join the two main outdoor areas. A double set of doors opens the living room up to the balcony lanai, extending the space dramatically and enabling you to enjoy the priceless golf course and pool views! Perfect for a large gathering, this room brings the outdoors inside, so you can enjoy the balmy Florida weather from the comfort of the couch! The dining room is also an extension of the living space, set in alcove surrounded by windows with breathtaking views.
