10 people. 
Summer Base Rate $350 for 6
Thanksgiving Base Rate (11/21 to 11/28) $400 up to 4.  
Holiday Base Rate (1.2/15 to 1/5) $500/nt up to 6.

Cleaning Fee - $200 
Reservation Fee:  $100
