(coffee/sugar/creamer provided), blender, fryar, snow cone maker,

Living room has TV with DVD player, amazing ocean front views and
balcony access. Living room sofa will fold out into a queen size
bed.
The unit includes central air & cable. All linens, pillows, towels
provided. We even leave dishwasher and laundry detergent. Priced to

Starbucks and an oceanfront water park with an array of pools (kiddy
pools with water falls, 418 ft lazy river(((one of the largest lazy
rivers in Myrtle Beach!))) with water falls, hot tubs, large pirate
ship with water falls etc...). The water park has various food and
beverage vendors. Also a pool side beverage and grill vendor with
many dining tables and stools. All prices are very reasonable.
10min walk to: The Pavillion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The
Haunted House, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, video arcades, novelty shops and
too many more to name.
5 minute drive to: Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall
and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center... It is located near
everything!
Other nearby activities include endless restaurants, fishing,
boating, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, horseback riding,
surfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and diving, music
shows, miniature golf, amusement parks, etc.
This is the Premiere property on the ocean. Usually there is no
vacancy. I strongly feel this is one of the best condominium
