Vacation Rental Description

 New waterfront Toll Brothers community in Bethany beach area.  
This rarely rented 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home features a large 
eat in kitchen with granite counter tops and connecting sitting room 
all with hardwood floors.  Come relax in the additional living room 
with gas fireplace.  This room also features sliding glass doors 
leading to the outdoor deck facing a court yard with gazebo.   Home 
is nicely furnished with a "beachy" feel.

This home sleeps up to 9 comfortably and the master suite has a 
jacuzzi tub and separate private deck.  The home also includes a 2 
car garage.  Within a short walk you can enjoy the outdoor pool 
which overlooks the bay, tennis courts and boat docks. 

The community clubhouse has an indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness 
center, game room, his and her saunas, showers, a kitchen and lounge area with 
numerous flat screen T.V.'s -- all overlooking the bay!

Our community is a 3 minute drive to the ocean.  Drive north to a 
more secluded beach or south to the center of town featuring shops, 
resturants and public restrooms.  A beach shuttle is 
also available in season.

Bayside at Bethany Lakes is the perfect place for a spring, summer, 
winter and fall vacation!

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday)
 June 2-September 8: $1,600 per week

Late Summer Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday)
September 8 - September 29: $1,000 per week

Off Season Rentals
September 29-June 2: $900 per week

During the off season, nightly rates are available as well as, please inquire.
Holiday rates with a 3 night minimum stay
