Cozy for Couples is a beautiful new ground floor unit in South Mission Beach which is well equipped with all new furnishings to offer maximum comfort and enjoyment for all guests. The living space is comfortable and casual and opens up directly to the outdoor patio area so that you can enjoy the perfect weather that Southern California is famous for.
The bedroom offers a queen size bed, private bathroom with a custom travertine shower, full size closet, and television with cable. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat-screen high definition 50" TV as well as a sleeper sofa to provide additional sleeping space. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with every item you will need to make your meals while the outside patio offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining table set for you to sit and enjoy the warm California sunshine.
Additional features include a garage with one parking space with entry straight into the unit. This home is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer.
