Vacation Rental Description

Located in exclusive Amelia Island Plantation, this spacious 3  
bedroom 3 ½ bath Beachwood villa is nestled on the 7th hole of the  
Ocean Links course, offering a beautiful sunset view of the golf  
course and Red Maple Lake. With a pool only steps away, this lovely  
town home offers private swimming and sunbathing, fishing and  
golfing  
right in your back yard! 
 
This newly renovated town home has a spacious living area and dining  
room, a powder room, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops,  
laundry area, TV and DVD on the main floor. Upstairs are 3  
bedrooms all with their own private baths: the master has a king  
bed,  
dressing area and small balcony overlooking the lake; the second has  
twin beds with a view of the lake; the third bedroom has another  
king  
bed. All bedrooms have their own TV with cable. The master includes  
a  
DVD player. 
 
This Beachwood town home is only a 2 minute walk to the ocean and  
adjoins the Plantation’s beautiful walking and bike trails. Its  
location is in the “heart” of the Plantation, within a 10 minute  
walk  
to the Beach club, tennis complex, Plantation shops and Spa, fitness  
facility and restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Amelia Island Plantation is a secure, gated community located on  
the ocean just 10 minutes from historic downtown Fernandina and 30  
miles north of the Jacksonville airport. The Plantation is a 4 star  
resort offering numerous amenities to its guests: 54 championship  
holes of golf; 23 Har-Tru, fast dry tennis courts (home of the  
Ladies  
Bausch and Lomb Championship in April of each year); a Spa and  
fitness facility including an indoor lap pool; a Beach Club with  
Jacuzzi, play area, restaurant and game room; indoor and outdoor  
pools, some of which are heated; a new shopping village including a  
deli, coffee shop, ladies apparel, sports bar and ice skating rink  
in  
the winter; bicycle rentals; fishing; a nature center; restaurants  
and much more. Throughout the Plantation are beautiful walking and  
biking trails and a complimentary shuttle service available to all  
guests.  
 
All linens are included. Please no smoking or pets allowed.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to the amenities listed above, the Plantation provides  
structured activities for children of all ages. Children’s  
activities  
and babysitting are available through the recreation department  
located at the Beach Club’s ocean front pool. In Fernandina there  
are  
many historic attractions including Fort Clinch as well as shopping,  
restaurants, cinemas and beach parks. Horseback riding, charter  
fishing, and boating are available locally.

Vacation Rental Rates

March-Sept.15	$1,800 per week	$300 per day 
Sept.16-Dec.1	$1,500 per week	$250 per day 
Dec.2-Feb       $1,200 per week $200 per day 
 
Monthly rentals are available and rates are subject to change. 
 
A security deposit of one-half of the rental amount is necessary to  
confirm your reservation and will be applied to your rental rate. We  
accept Master Card and Visa. A damage deposit of $250 will be  
refunded after checkout inspection is completed. Arrival and  
departure cleaning is included in your rental rate.  
The Plantation requires an amenity card to access some of the  
amenities on its property. A fee of $70 per day or $420 per  
week/month will procure an amenity card which will enable all  
members  
of the guests’ party access to all of the amenities of Amelia Island  
Plantation. The amenity card is not mandatory if you do not plan to  
utilize these amenities.
