Relax and cast a line from your private dock, no need to have a fishing license to fish from a private dock in Florida.
You’ll find this amazing paradise is convenient to beaches, boating, shopping, restaurants, and only minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico.
Just a short drive away are the magnificent beaches of Fort Myers and the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva, world famous for its fine shelling and Nature Reserve. Don’t forget to visit Naples for its upscale shopping and fine restaurant district. Don't feel like going far? There are plenty of things to do right here with many, many shops, restaurants and live music several nights a week at the Cape Coral Harbour and Tarpon Point Marina.
