Located on a quiet residential street leading directly down to beach, A Luna Sea has 2 large ocean views decks and tons of parking with a drive through garage. This is a place where you can breathe deeply, spread out, and relax! The first area you'll see is the 1st floor with the laundry room, garage, shower and half bathroom. The 2nd floor features 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It also features a large 2nd floor ocean view deck and a rear deck for sunset viewing. The 3rd floor is dominated by an ultra-comfy sofa and chairs. Afternoon naps are pretty irresistible at A Luna Sea House! But if you do stay awake, be sure to catch the big game or watch your favorite movies on the 42-inch flat-screen HDTV with cable, DVD player. It also has a fireplace with an electric insert for the ambiance for renters to enjoy. While the living room is soothing, the adjacent dining area and kitchen are bright and flooded with sunlight, thanks to sliding-glass doors and windows. The best part of A Luna Sea House is the outdoor 3rd floor deck with sweeping views of the ocean.! The newly remodeled kitchen at A Luna Sea House is well-stocked and so pleasant to use. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets you could ask for here, plus sparkling new full-size appliances, a walk-in pantry and cabinetry. Just pick up some groceries and you're good to make just about anything from a quick snack to Thanksgiving dinner!
