Why pay beach-front prices? Come stay with us, in our 3 bedroom/2
bath townhouse, located approximately 1/2 mile from the beautiful
sugary-white sands of Mexico Beach. Cool off in the community pool
or head down to the end of the street to enjoy a day at the beach.
Our den and dining room are open to each other, which offers a great
opportunity for family get-togethers. The master bedroom is
downstairs, with a queen-size bed, and adjacent to the master bath
(shower). The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share the hall bath
(tub/shower combo). Those 2 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size
bed and a double bunkbed (double on bottom/double on top). The bunk
room has a small TV and DVD.
Right outside the back door is a small back yard, with a grilling
area. We have 5 bikes for exploring the area or an easy ride to the
beach (don't forget your backpack for carrying beach supplies).
If you haven't been to Mexico Beach, don't miss this opportunity to
enjoy an affordable, relaxing vacation on one of the most beautiful
beaches on the gulf.

Only adults of age twenty-five (25) or older may contract for
rental. Identification and proof of age will be requested.
We do not rent to groups of teenagers with or without chaperones or

A $80.00 cleanup fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit are
required with each stay. Additional cleaning fees may be required for stays of more than one week. Rates are subject to Florida sales tax.
We accept personal checks, money orders, Paypal, Visa and MasterCard.

cleanup). The rental fee and cleanup fee are due two weeks prior to
