Port of Call Condos - very cute condo, light and bright, with
wonderful views of the ocean from your living room balcony! With
wood floors and ceilings you get the feeling of being on board ship.
Master bedroom has queen bed; second bedroom is made up as single
trundlebed which can be converted to two twins.
Front balcony off living room with great oceanview and small deck
off masterbedroom overlooking grassy courtyard. Enjoy cocktails
from the rooftop deck with views north and south along the ocean.
Just across the road and along the beach access boardwalk - and you
are on the most beautiful, uncrowded sandy beach. Come and enjoy our
little corner of paradise on Amelia Island, easily reached either by
car or by plane. Jacksonville airport is just 30 minutes away

Condo is euipped with full kitchen with all utensils, refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker,
blender, mixer etc. Cable TV/DVD, washer/dryer, air conditioning,
telephone (local calls only), all linens and towels provided.(Please
bring your own beach towels). Beach chairs also provided.
Nonsmoking unit;pets usually allowed with extra security deposit and pet fee.

Spend lazy days relaxing on the beach, or walk for miles along the
ocean's edge. Watch the dolphins playing in the water, collect
beautiful shells, and spend hours hunting for shark's teeth - they
really are here! Or spend an afternoon fishing in the surf.
Stroll through historic downtown Fernandina Beach - here you will
find a wonderful collection of unique shops with irresistable items
to tempt you all. Pause at the ice-cream store and smell the freshly
made chocolate. Sample the many wonderful restaurants. After a day
at the beach take the children to the waterslide or Miniature Golf
or to historic Fort Clinch. St Augustine (oldest town in the US) is
about 90 minutes drive, Savannah is 2 hours away and Orlando with
all the theme parks and Disneyworld is a 3 hour drive.
Or you can take a boat trip to enchanting Cumberland Island and see
the wild horses - or visit Okeefenokee State Park and boat along the
Suwanee waterway and see the alligators. How about visiting the
Georgia Golden Isles just north of us - the choices are endless -
you will soon discover that a week is not enough to see and do
everything our little island has to offer.

Cleaning fee $60 on weekly rents/$75 on monthly rents; Sales tax 11%

Pet fee: $10 per pet per day; $150 monthly 1 pet/$200 2 pets

$200 refundable security deposit /$300 if pets staying at condo

50% of rent due at time of booking with full balance due 30 days prior to arrival

10% discount to returning renters (does not apply to monthly rents)
