Fabulous, family friendly waterfront condo in small 4 unit, 11 yr old building. Your balcony is approx 30 feet from the sand with views over the heated pool to the beach and awesome sunsets. If you are looking for a huge high rise with lots of hustle and bustle, this is not what you want. If you are searching for a smaller, private building on a quiet stretch of beach, with incredible views, and direct beach/pool access, THIS IS IT!!
When we were searching for a place on the beach, we picked this unit in Indian Rocks because it is a laid back little town with quiet beaches. There are many shops and restuarants within walking distance and numerous others just a short drive away. There are numerous other attractions close by including theme parks, shopping, boating and world class fishing. This is also a wonderful beach for shelling. It really is a wonderful place to come and relax with your family and friends.
We have a family of our own and have remodeled and refurnished this condo to make your holiday (and ours) a wonderful relaxing time in a beautiful, very well equipped condo. Our unit was recently remodelled and has mostly new furniture and matresses, new SS applianes, all new flat screen TVs, new Samsung front loading washer and dryer, granite tops and new faucets etc etc., Relax, enjoy!
