This newer home offers custom features that make it a rare gem on the Oregon coast. The lower level of the house features a piano and a lounge area that makes for a great entertainment spot. There is a futon bed for sitting and even sleeping, if family is large. The lower level also features a garage, a bedroom with three bunk beds, and a full bathroom.There is a treadmill on the lower level for those who like to "run" indoors.

The main level is the second story of the home as it features a great room with a large fireplace and floor ceiling windows that reach the vaulted ceilings with views of the wooded preserve behind the house. It gives you the feeling that you are out in the woods while being close to all of the conveniences of the city. The vaulted ceiling in this room is 25 feet high with hand cut logs that serve as support beams and railings to the third level. The great room features plenty of space for family gatherings and modern furniture to make you feel at home. It has an entertainment center with flat screen TV, DVD and X-box with Konect. There is a gourmet kitchen with elegant details throughout and a large dining table that is perfect for family meals. There are also three bedrooms on the main level, one with queen bed, one with 3 bunk beds and one with a twin bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower as well.

The third floor features the master suite which is the highlight of the house. It has a queen bed and a balcony that offers spectacular ocean views! There is even a telescope for whale watching. The famed Nelscott Reef Tow surfing spot is directly in front of the home.
