The open and airy great room is a perfect place to gather with your loved ones. The A-frame-style space harkens back to old-fashioned beach cabins, but the high-end finishes and luxury furnishings make for a beautiful modern retreat. Warm woods line the soaring ceilings and expansive floors, with area rugs and leather sofas providing plenty of warmth and comfort. The living area is nearest the west-facing windows, with sensational views of the ocean. Still, thanks to the open floor plan and unbelievable windows, even the cook can enjoy the sunset as they prepare meals in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Grab a quick bite at one of four stools lining the breakfast bar, or sit down for a more formal meal at the six-person dining table. A bonus den offers extra space for those times when the group may want to spread out and do their own thing, such as watch a movie on the TV with DVD player.

The bedrooms are optimally furnished to accommodate two families with kids, or a group of friends needing flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the bunk room features three twin bunk beds (sleeping six). Up to ten guests can share the house comfortably, with a washer and dryer making it easy to keep up on hiking and beach gear. The house also offers wireless Internet, and a backyard fire pit.
