Vacation Rental Description

Great location for this lovely one story two bedroom and two bath 
condo.  Walk to the ocean and next to park in the heart of Jupiter.  
Floors are all ceramic tile with neutral colors and Palm Beach 
motif.  King size bed in MBR and twins in 2 nd BR.  New furniture in 
MBR.  Large living-room dining area with cathedral ceilings. Tennis 
courts on site as well as swimming pool and club house.  This is a 
quiet, stable community with mix of seasonal occupants and full time 
residents.

Each building is a group of four units arranged around a central 
courtyard and very private with each unit having an enclosed patio.  
The group of owners and renters are very sociable with activities 
such as a Friday evening pot luck at pool side.

Carlin Park is immediately adjacent and has a number of tennis 
courts 
with walk-on daily round robin and walking/jogging trail.  The ocean 
is just on the other side of the park from the community.

Bella Vista is just off Indiantown Rd.

Currently offering December, 2007 and beyond.
