Large screened-in porch awaits your casual dining and relaxation! Typical Cape Cod 3-bedroom ranch centrally located on dead-end street. 7-10 minute driving distance to bay and ocean beaches.

Large screened-in porch has cable hook-up for small tv (bring your own) to watch your favorite shows on the porch.   Picnic table and seating on the porch.
Fully applianced eat-in kitchen with microwave and coffee maker.
Living room has cable TV with VHS/DVD player and pull out full-size sleeper. Bedrooms consist of 1 Queen size with TV, 1 Full size and 2 Twin beds.
Tile bath has tub and shower. There are fans in every bedroom and
livingroom.
There is an iron/ironing board. Washer and dryer are included in the basement.
There is an outdoor shower and gas grill.
Bring your own linens and towels. 
Small pets will be considered, however,$300 security deposit is required and will be refunded afterwards.

Bay and ocean beaches are just minutes away. The house is on a quiet, dead-end street. Within a mile radius there are two shopping plaza's with cinemas, supermarkets, fast food, and restaurants.
Entrance to the Cape Cod Bike Trail is just up the street and Life Course Track through the woods is 1/4 mile away.

The Cape offers many amenities such as golfing, fishing, boating and kayaking all nearby.

$975 per week June 26th through September 6th.
$800 per week prior to June 26th or after September 6th.
Deposit of $400 required to reserve.
Pet Security Deposit $300 and is refundable
Rental is Saturday to Saturday
Check-in 3:00 p.m.
Check-out 10:00 a.m.
Linens and towels not provided
