This is a family friendly clean, spacious, 3 bed and 2 full bath condo. The condo is the Owners Quarters at Ocean Breeze Condos right across the street from the beach and start of the Wildwood Boardwalk. Our unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer within unit, and sleeps 10 people comfortably. Three bedrooms, 2 with new Queen Beds and 1 with bunk and trundle. Queen pull out sofa. Large window in dining areas with great view of boardwalk and beach. The condo is newly furnished and decorated. Condo Location dose not get any better than this, as we are at the start of the boardwalk where it is not too wild, few blocks to the crest, awesome beach view, and close to the action.

Over 25yrs old and no groups please. We are looking for family renters who will be respectful of our newly renovated unit and in return we are offering extremely competitive price. Fee is set assuming the place will be left clean and in same condition you found it in. Thanks for viewing our listing and we hope you have a wonderful vacation!
Deposit/Payment
$500.00 deposit is due with in 7 days of booking to reserve the condo. The rent balance is due 45 day before check-in. Security deposit and All details are negotiable.
We guarantee you will arrive to a beautiful, clean, condo. Owners will handle all change - overs to ensure everything is just right for your stay. Upon checkout please leave condo as you found it since we are discounting our rate to exclude and cleaning fee.
