Beautiful studio apartment equiped with all you need for a carefree
vacation, cable TV, DVD,local phone,Two new queens size beds,and one
new full size sofa bed, completly tiled, full kitchen, microwave,
equiped with pots & pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc. all
linens are supplied, including bath towels. Beach towels at pool and
Beachside are free. Community Laundry Room.
Please No Smoking and No Pets.

vacation rental rates
Rates are as follows special summer rates!!! $600 weekly and
$1,300 monthly. (Rates apply to June, July August - Holiday weekends
slightly higher) Plus 13% tax. Winter rates - $650.00 weekly and
$1,600 monthly.
Deposit: $200.00 Security Deposit required to reserve this unit.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure date.
Deduction for missing items, damages and/or extra cleaning will
apply. Condo assoc appication fee is $100.00 nonrefundable
(minimum 14 days processing) Credit card payment accepted through
PayPal(add 3%) Final payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunded, less $50.00 processing fee,upon
receipt of cancellation notice 15 days prior to arrival date and the
unit is re-rented for entire stay.
