Rates are as follows special summer rates!!! $600 weekly and
$1,300 monthly. (Rates apply to June, July August - Holiday weekends
slightly higher) Plus 13% tax. Winter rates - $650.00 weekly and
$1,600 monthly.
Deposit: $200.00 Security Deposit required to reserve this unit.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of departure date.
Deduction for missing items, damages and/or extra cleaning will
apply. Condo assoc appication fee is $100.00 nonrefundable
(minimum 14 days processing) Credit card payment accepted through
PayPal(add 3%) Final payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunded, less $50.00 processing fee,upon
receipt of cancellation notice 15 days prior to arrival date and the
unit is re-rented for entire stay.
